The product arrived and was damaged. The original box it was sent it was not damaged, but there was evident marks on the front of the journal. I immediately reached out the seller with a photo. The seller was more concerned over losing money and asked me if I would just let it go by keeping the journal I received.
Customer service was the worst I have ever had on Etsy.
At first, I asked for a replacement but seller couldn’t guarantee I could get it in time. Then I asked for a refund. Seller issued refund and asked me to ship personalized journal back for “personal use”. I had planned to open a case against the seller, but seller decided to not have me ship the journal back. Overall, I am down a Christmas gift a week in advance and I had terrible customer service.

It’s nice but smaller than I expected. The dimensions are not listed under the item description. Regardless, it’ll still be a nice gift for my nephew who is going to chiro school.
