1. Overview

This website is operated by Holy Harvest Prints ("we", "us"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our products

Our products are personalized, made-to-order gifts. Product photos are illustrative; because each item is made individually, minor variations in color and placement may occur. Personalization is printed exactly as you enter it — you are responsible for the spelling and accuracy of the text you submit.

3. Personalization content

By submitting personalization text, you confirm you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe any third party's rights and is not unlawful, hateful or offensive. We reserve the right to refuse and refund any order whose requested personalization violates this policy.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed at checkout in the displayed currency. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and its supported providers; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Order acceptance

We may refuse or cancel any order (with a full refund) at our discretion, including where a product was mispriced due to error.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, product images and site content are the property of Holy Harvest Prints and may not be reproduced or resold without permission. Purchasing a personalized item does not transfer any design rights.

7. Returns & shipping

Returns, replacements and delivery are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays outside our control, including carrier and customs delays.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page applies to your order.
