How does personalization work?
On each product page, enter the name, date, or message you'd like in the personalization field before adding to cart. We print exactly what you enter — so please double-check spelling and dates! If you forget to add personalization, message us right away and we'll sort it out before printing.
How long until my order ships?
Every item is made to order. Typical production time is 2–5 business days, then shipping time on top (see our Shipping & Returns page). During peak seasons like Christmas, order early — personalized gifts can't be rushed off a shelf.
When should I order for Christmas?
As a rule of thumb: international orders by early December, US/Canada standard shipping by mid-December. We post exact cut-off dates on our homepage every holiday season.
Are you the same shop as HolyHarvestPrints on Etsy?

What are the journals like?
Our journals have a printed vegan leather cover, measure 5.8" × 8.5", and include 200 lined pages, a ribbon bookmark, and an elastic closure band. They're built for daily use.
What is an acrylic plaque?
A premium, glass-clear acrylic keepsake printed with artwork and your personal message — self-standing, shatter-resistant, and designed for desks, mantels and nightstands. Many designs offer white or black text options. More in our plaque guide.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't gone to print yet, yes — contact us as soon as possible. Once a personalized item is printed, we can't cancel it, but if anything is wrong we'll work with you to make it right.
My gift arrived damaged. What now?
We're so sorry! Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a replacement. Damaged items don't need to be returned.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International delivery times vary by destination; customs fees, where applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.
How do I contact you?
