Production time
Every item is personalized and made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.
Estimated delivery (after production)
- United States (standard): 3–7 business days
- United States (priority): 2–3 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Every order ships fully tracked.
Christmas & holiday deadlines
To receive your order before December 25th, order by approximately: US standard — December 18 · US priority — December 20 · International — December 10. Exact dates are announced on our homepage each season.
Customs & import fees
International orders may be subject to customs or import fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not able to redirect packages once shipped, and re-shipment to a corrected address may incur a new shipping charge. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.
